The Barnardo’s Retail team share their top picks from this week’s #mybarnardosfind uploads on Instagram!
First up we have @misslrowe who has nailed the 70s look with this elegant pussy bow blouse.
What we love about this blouse is that it can be worn in so many different ways – whether dressed up for a night out with a pair of tan platform heels and flared jeans, worn to work with a formal blazer, or a day in town with a casual pair of skinny jeans and pumps. It’s certainly a versatile piece that will see you through the winter months. Great find @Misslrowe!
Next up we have another fab find from one of our favourite charity shoppers – April (@aaaa.pril). April came across this oversized Dropdead black jumper in her local store.
April toughens up her feather print find with a pair of black skinny jeans, bowler hat and military boots. You can instantly take any outfit from girly to edgy in seconds by simply adding a pair of military boots to grunge up your look!
For our next pick of the week we chose the lovely Clare Allan @misscelophane who has found this unusual patterned shirt with bell sleeves in her local store. We absolutely love this patterned shirt found by Clare – it’s such a beautiful print and is unlike anything we have seen on the high-street this autumn, so Claire can rest assured she won’t have that awkward ‘she is wearing the same top as me’ incident at work!
Our next fabulous find is from another regular Tina Davis @tinadavis89 who found yet another beauty in her local store; this lovely box pleat button down midi skirt for just £3.99!
Tina teamed this skirt with an eye-catching blouse and necklace to add some colour to her look. We love Tina’s unique style and the ease at which she teams her outfits together.
Our final look comes from Hannah Williams (@heggyhogg91) who found this beautiful top for just £1 in her local discount store – what a stylish bargain!
Hannah chose to pair this with light wash jeans and some oh so trendy tan boots – throw on a jacket and you’re ready to go.
Not ready to let go of summer style? There’s no need to because autumn really is the season for layers. These shorts found by Louise (@increasinglycoherent) are too beautiful to put away until next summer; for an autumn look simply add a pair of tights, boots and a jumper and you’re ready to go!
Be sure to post all of your great #mybarnardosfind photos on Instagram because we love seeing them – who knows you may be up on our blog next!
