My £10 Barnardo’s Haul

Hi peeps! I’m Hannah and I’m currently based in Manchester. When I’m not working in a lab, I regularly showcase my charity shop bargains and adventures over on my Instagram account and my blog – The Charity Panda.

I have been very kindly invited by Barnardo’s to visit their discount store in Wythenshawe and see what bargains I could find!

Now that we are post-Easter – a time when people get an annual declutter in full swing – I decided to search for some not-so-new additions to my spring wardrobe.

Cold Shoulder Blouse – £1.99

The off-the-shoulder craze has made a comeback this season – much to my excitement! With high street stores now bustling with shoulder baring shirts and blouses, this gorgeous vintage-gold coloured number is a perfect and unique version of this trend, it even has ruffled/flute sleeves for that extra feminine look.

Zara cut-out Blouse – £1.99

Next up was this pastel cut-out blouse, originally from Zara. This blouse is so versatile, whether it be teamed with black jeans, tailored trousers or with distressed boyfriend denim.

Boho Blouse – £1.99

To round off my top selection is this gorgeous Wallis floral blouse! It is buttoned at the front with a tie-cut out section at the top. This is so light and a great fit – another £1.99 well spent. All of these tops were found in the Wythenshawe discount branch.

And with my top charity shop haul, I picked myself up some new heels! Namely these monochrome New Look courts, setting me back only £3.99. These were found in the Didsbury branch, where I couldn’t resist popping into on route home from the Wythenshawe branch!

I also picked up a waist belt for 49p! So there you have it – five new purchases totalling £10.45.

I hope you are feeling inspired to pay your local Barnardo’s store a visit and update your wardrobe for less – it always surprises me what unique yet on-trend pieces are lurking in charity shops! Be sure to tag #mybarnardosfind in your photos and come say hello over on The Charity Panda.
