New Year, new outfits!

It’s the first #mybarnardosfind blog of 2016 and we have already been tagged in on a whole host of amazing images from our lovely shoppers across the UK. We are so pleased to see you have been spending your Christmas hols having a good mooch around our stores.

It may already feel like a lifetime ago, but we’re kicking off by re-visiting the fabulous @Kelly_Pauling’s Christmas Eve outfit! Kelly has added a touch of sports luxe to her #mybarnardosfind leather skirt by simply throwing on an American football shirt. You have certainly scored a home run with that look @Kelly_Pauling!

For our next #mybarnardosfind we have a new entry from @annajanehouton who takes us back to the 70’s with her oh-so-chic style. Anna embodies an effortless bohemian style that so many of us struggle to emulate. Anna has styled her #mybarnardosfind fringed jacket with an orange suede fringed waist coat and high-waisted print flares. This outfit absolutely screams Biba!

Does full on 70’s style seem a little intimidating? You can easily work more subtle 70’s-style pieces into your wardrobe by adding simple accessories such as a fedora or fringed bag.

On a cold January night after all the Christmas parties are over, there’s nothing better than a cosy night in. @Prilly_thrifty has the perfect outfit for those more relaxed times. She has paired her blue speckled #mybarnardosfind cardigan with a striped tee and leggings. Comfort central!

There is nothing like a little sisterly love, so our next #mybarnardosfind is dedicated to these fashionista sisters who took a trip down to their local Barnardo’s store down in Bournemouth

Aidan (@aidan_may30) and her sister shunned the January sales in favour of their favourite charity shops and instead found an even bigger bargain when they discovered these two classic winter coats.

A pea-style coat is a timeless classic which will see you through those winter days for years to come, and a classic camel and herringbone print provide a versatile approach to winter dressing!

Now it’s your turn! Pop into your local Barnardo’s store and style up your own outfit. Post your photos online using #mybarnardosfind on Twitter or Instagram and you may be featured in the next edition!
